S3D - how to print support on Extruder 2
#11
Well PVA isn't the nicest filament to print, can't get the Fox to finish... the filament simply breaks when it's pulled back during the filament switch at some point, leaving some filament in the nozzle and feeder and causing a jam when feeding another filament. Not sure why this is happening, might be that the filament just can't handle the stress of being pulled forth and back. Might help to lower the filament change speeds, but that might cause other problems...

Through our testing, we have found that SpoolWorks Scaffold is the only usable PVA. Other brands just have too many issues. Remember to dry it overnight before you print anything!
